Our Food Co-op delivery arrives on Tuesday 6 October. We’ll be packing on Wednesday 7 October, with orders available for local pickup that day.

We’ve ordered plenty of extra stock, including lots of spices for everyone to try. Come and explore a fantastic range of supplies, whether you’re collecting your order or making a casual purchase from our current stock.

The Food Co-op is open 12 noon to 4 pm on Wednesday 7 October at Little Plain Hall.

How ordering works

1. Join

Join the Food Co-op in person or online.

2. Choose items

Order online or use a paper form.

3. Submit order

We receive your order and prepare your invoice.

4. Receive invoice

Your invoice includes payment options.

5. Pay

Pay by cash, card or direct deposit.

6. Receive receipt

Once payment is credited, a receipt is sent.

7. Collect

Collect your order from the Food Co-op.

Payment details are included on your invoice. Please use your invoice number or name as the payment reference.

When we’re open

The Food Co-op will be open on every Loose Threads craft day.

We are also open on the Wednesday following the first Monday of each month, from 12 noon to 4 pm, alongside the art afternoon.

  • cannot access the online form
  • have questions about payment or collection

Everyone is welcome — no question is too small.

A few helpful notes

  • Bring your own bags, jars or containers where suitable.
  • Some items may be available from current stock.
  • Alternative collection arrangements may sometimes be possible.
